How is the price decided?
Prices are fixed: base fare + a per-kilometre rate for your chosen class, published openly. Evenings and weekends add a fixed, published tariff percentage — never demand-based surge. The price you confirm is final.
How do I pay?
You pay the driver directly in the car — card, MobilePay or cash. In-app payments are coming soon.
What if no driver accepts?
Your request stays visible to drivers for 30 minutes. If nobody accepts, nothing is charged — you can request again or try another class.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel for free while we search for a driver or before pickup.
